Date and Time Recording

It is recommended that all dates be written as YYYYMMDD.

Time recording uses the 24-hour clock and is stated as local time to account for the time zone differences in each province. The following clock is showing either 10:12 AM known as 1012 hours, or 10:12 PM known as 2212 hours.
